Don't use caffeine to mask your chronic lack of sleep. Sleep more! Wake up early. Be useful. Do meaningful work. Drink More Water! Have friends. Love your family. Love your lover. Show up, be present. Don't be a dick. Be tolerant of others and strict with yourself. GO OUTSIDE! Walk more. Never skip leg day. Never record a zero. Don't waste weekends. Remove "can't" from your vocabulary. Remember, you are mortal. Today is tomorrow's yesterday. Every day is Day One. All fools have one thing in common, they're always getting ready to start.
